SriLankan Airlines has identified the most popular internal tourist destinations and has introduced facilities to make these locations more accessible within the island. There are a number of waterways, lakes and domestic airstrips in Sri Lanka located in close proximity to tourist attractions.
Our latest venture is to operate an Air Taxi service which will utilise these resources and reduce travel time between destinations, giving tourists more time to explore the beauty of our island.
The major domestic airport in Sri Lanka is Ratamalana at Colombo. There are daily flights to other smaller airports at Koggala, Batticaloa, Gal Oya, Palali, and Trincomalee. However, flights to Jaffna are not available. |
